Today was kinda a big day for our little family. Today was Kindergraten Registration! So, we registered Braedyn to start Kindergarten this Fall. I CANNOT believe my little baby is old enough for Kindergarten. I mean, he is super smart, and very ready, he is just so little. I know I sound like every old person in the word, but I seriously remember the day he was born like it was yesterday. I can't believe it's already been close to 5 years. After today, I'm a little nervous for the first day he actually goes to Kindergarten. It does make me feel a little better knowing he is VERY ready for Kindergarten. He's super excited to go to the big kid school.
That kid has a way of making me feel so old sometimes. He's really good at reminding me I'm no longer a teenager :). The other day he found this DVD I bought like 4 years ago. It was on clearance, of course ;) which is why I decided to buy it. It was a Barney sing along DVD. So, like I said, he found it buried away somewhere (not really sure where) and brought it to me wanting to watch it. I put it in the DVD player, and Barney comes up talking, and he says "Mom, who is that crazy purple Dinosaur?" and I told him it was Barney He responds "Barney? That's random!" I was kind of thrown off by him not knowing who Barney was. But then I decided that was kinda my fault. If I don't have him watch Barney, of course he's not gonna know who he is. Now that DVD is one of his favorite ones. So, I guess Barney is still cool, at least for a 4 year old...lol.
