Never too old to learn

Ok, so I'm not necessarily OLD per say, but I am older than most my friends, and definitely older than my kids (thank goodness) so I am kinda sorta considered old. Anyway, it's amazing how much there is to learn, especially when you own a home. Like, did you know there is a "pressure regulator valve". I guess it contols the pressure to your water, so you don't have INSANELY HIGH pressure. And did you know the pressure out here in Eagle Mountain is like 200 psi (supposedly that's high). And, did you know if the pressure regulator valve goes out, your water throughout your house makes wonderful water fountains, and the pipes make a super loud sound that sounds like your house is gonna explode. Also, when your pressure regulator valve goes out, and you don't realize it until several months later when your brother who is much smarter, tells you it's out, it can destroy the insides to your toilet. Thus causing a wonderful waterfall within the toilet. Now this is a really funny site, but can cause some people a bit of stress (Basically I laughed cuz it looked awesome, and I had never seen a toilet do that before, and Erek got super stressed and was afraid our pipes were all gonna bust). Fortunately, my wonderful hubby, who is also much smarter than me, fixed our pressure regulator valve, and the toilet insides today. I looked at the picture of the toilet and had no clue what I was looking at. Thank goodness I married someone who understands all that. :)
