Tha Land of the Lost...Camera

So, as some of you may remember, I lost my camera a few months ago, just shortly after Halloween. I searched my house high and low. I looked in ALL the closets, pantrys, drawers, cabinets. Pretty much everywere my son would have hidden it that I could think of.

After a few months without a camera, I finally gave in and bought me a new camera. Nothing fancy, just somoething to take pics with so I didn't miss my baby's whole life because of one lost camera.

Well....just as was predicted, after buying the new camera, I have now found my lost camera. Isn't that the way it always goes. But get this, it was in the most random place, somewhere I NEVER thought to look, cuz why would my baby even think to put it there. I found it under our mattress, so buried between the mattress and box spring. Do you know how many times I have changed those sheets since I lost the camera? Every weekend for the past 7 months. But did I ever find it? of course not. However, last night, as I was making the bed, I pulled the mattress up a little higher than usual, cuz I was having issues, and....Whalah! There it was. And, the battery isn't even dead.
