I wish I was more flexible

I have learned over the past week I am SO NOT flexible!!! My wonderful mom bought me this pregnancy workout video. Well, it's a lot of yoga, since that's safer than running and killing yourself during pregnancy. In case you didn't know, yoga requires serious flexibility. I wanna know how in the world this lady touches her toes with this huge belly blocking her way. I can't do it with no belly, I can only imagine when I have a belly how pathetic I will be. And how in the world does she place a pillow on her knees, have her legs straight out, and lay her head on the pillow like she's sleeping? I did this pose, and my hubby laughed saying it helps if I at least try. So, I made him do it. Then he understood it really was harder than the lady made it look. But maybe, just maybe, by the end of this pregnancy I will be super flexible.

So, if you want to feel non-flexible, you should do yoga.

  1. Haha, that is great! Ian makes fun of me too with my workout videos. You should try 10 minute solutions. They sell them at Walmart and they are great. 10 minutes and you are done! I even did most of them through 9 months of pregnancy!

  2. Thanks Kalynne. I;m totally gonna check into those videos. I like short work-outs, especially with work early, and the kiddos.
