Look at me, posting twice in a 7 day period. Yay me! ;) Yes, we had a crazy weekend. It was a sorta normal wunderly weekend.
The weekend started off with a VERY sick baby. He had goopy, red eyes that were just nasty looking, a runny nose that just wouldn't stop, a little cough, and a fever. This morning after he woke up, I went in to see how he was doing, and his ear was leaking blood. So, of course, I took him to the doc. Fortunately, it wasn't anything major. He has a severe ear infection, and that's what is affecting the eyes. He also has a major cold, thus the runny nose and cough. So we got some medicine for him, and they said he should be completely better in 5 days...YAY!!!! I swear, that kid is always sick. And that is why you ladies should ALWAYS take your prenatal pills during pregnancy. I couldn't keep any down during this pregnancy, so just stoped taking them, and now look at the poor little guy.
Saturday, or maybe it was Sunday? Anyway, one of those days I had a small MS episode. Nothing major, just wea legs and arms, and a massive MS headache. The best way to describe an MS headache, in the words of my Neurologist, is that the most minor MS headache is 5 times worse than the worst migraine headache. so, pretty much, it kinda hurts, and you just wanna lay in bed all day. But, do I? Of course not. I'm actually getting pretty used to them, so no big deal. Really, as long as I can walk, it's all good! :) So, ya, nothing major. Like I said, just a small episode. At least I didn't end up paralyzed, and didn't even have to get steroids...YAY!!!
Then, yesterday, my hubby had to work 9ish to 5ish up in West Jordan. So I got to take my sick baby to my primary class so I could teach. That was a fun experience. But that's not what I was gonna talk about. So, about 5:30 or so I got a call from my hubby telling me I need to come pick him up. Of course, with my hubby I always think the worst has happened. It ended up his car just randomly died while driving through the Ranches. So, I had to go try to jump him and cross my fingers that it would work. Well, it sorta did. I was able to jump the car, and it held the charge for about 30 seconds. He was able to get off the side of the road before it died. Somehow he was able to drive most the rest of the way home with his car dead, not sure how. He got inside our neighborhood before it completely stopped. Then, it wouldn't even jump at all. So, we left it on the side of the road (a cop came to help him push it off to the side) in that wonderful snowstorm. Fortunately, he was able to get it fixed today. It only cost like $79 (or maybe $89, something like that). It was just his battery and some connection thing from the battery to the alternator.
So, just another crazy Wunderly weekend. Gotta love it :)

Oh Tambi! I am so sorry your little guy is sick-that's sounds horrid. And to have another MS episode on top of it---you amaze me! Way to keep positive on everything. You really are something else with how you are able to handle everything! Keep up the PMA (positive mental attitude).
